Your lease is never used to train AI

LeasePilot processes your document via Anthropic's Claude API. Under Anthropic's API terms, data submitted through the API is explicitly excluded from model training. Your lease content will never be used to train or improve any AI model.

Encrypted in transit and at rest

All data is transmitted over TLS 1.3. Uploaded files and extracted data are stored with AES-256 encryption at rest via Supabase. Your lease documents are never stored unencrypted at any point.

Isolated to your account only

Row-level security ensures no user can ever access another user's leases or abstractions — not through the API, not through the dashboard, not at all. Your data is logically isolated at the database level.

You can delete your data anytime

You retain full ownership of your lease documents and extracted data. You can delete any lease, abstraction, or your entire account at any time. Deletion is permanent and immediate.
